1500 m Swim • 40 km Bike • 10 km Run 

COURSE DETAILS

 Except for the closed first kilometer, the bike is on an open road. Athletes will do 2 loops of the course. 10 km bike out and back  20 x 2= 40 km. The 20 Km turnaround is at the lights at Water and Heather Moyse where the closed road begins. You do not enter transition until you are finishing your second lap. we need to rewrite this.
