In accordance with Triathlon PEI By-laws, Article 10, General Meetings, Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of Members of Triathlon PEI. If a Member is unable to attend, they may appoint a delegate by providing written notice to the Secretary at least three (3) days in advance of the Meeting. Delegates must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a Regular Member in good-standing who is authorized to represent the Member.
